In our meticulous preparation process, we ensure that essential wear parts are included, such as springs, ejector pins, cooling connectors, and eyebolts, all thoughtfully packed with the mould.
1. Diligently inspect each mould component to ensure optimal performance.
2. Thoroughly clean the mould cavity and core, applying slushing oil to maintain its pristine condition and longevity.
3. Carefully clean the exterior surface of the mould and generously apply slushing oil to protect it.
4. Securely place the mould into a robust wooden case to ensure safe transport.
5. Efficiently transport the moulds via container, guaranteeing safe and timely delivery.

A: Yes, we will send the mould testing smaple to customer, and will part two time freight fee.
