To ensure seamless operation and longevity of our Custom Medical Plastic Syringe Moulds, we meticulously prepare essential wear parts, which include springs, ejector pins, cooling connectors, and eyebolts, all packed carefully with the mould.
1. Diligently inspect all mould components to ensure everything is in prime condition.
2. Thoroughly clean the mould cavity and core, then apply a protective layer of slushing oil to preserve and protect the mould.
3. Cleanse the mould surface and apply a generous coat of slushing oil to shield it from any potential damage.
4. Securely encase the mould in a robust wooden case to safeguard it during transit.
5. Ship the mould safely and efficiently using a container, ensuring it reaches its destination in perfect condition.
