Packaging & Shipping

In our meticulous packaging process, we include essential wear parts such as springs, ejector pins, cooling connectors, and eyebolts, all securely packed alongside the mould.
1. Inspect mould components meticulously.
2. Thoroughly clean mould cavity/core and apply slushing oil for protection.
3. Clean the entire mould surface and generously apply slushing oil.
4. Safely encase the mould in a sturdy wooden case.
5. Ensure secure transport by container, facilitating safe delivery.
