We ensure that essential wear parts such as springs, ejector pins, cooling connectors, and eyebolts are thoughtfully packed with the mold.
1. Conduct thorough checks of the mould components
2. Clean the mould cavity/core and apply slushing oil for protection
3. Clean the mould surface meticulously and apply a protective layer of slushing oil
4. Securely place the mould in a sturdy wooden case
5. Safely transport via container to ensure integrity upon arrival

A: Generally it is 25-30 days for 1st sample. or it is 60-90 days for big moulds
Q: Do you provide samples ? is it free or extra ?
A: Yes, we will send the mould testing smaple to customer, and will part two time freight fee.
Q: What is your terms of payment ?
A: 50% T/T in advance ,balance before shippment.

A: Our factory is located in ShenZhen, GuangDong city, Zhejiang Province, China. One hour from ShenZhen airport by car.
