1. Check mould component: Begin with a thorough inspection of all mould components to ensure they meet our exacting standards.
2. Cleaning mould cavity/core and spread slushing oil on the mould: Expertise in cleaning each cavity and core is followed by an application of slushing oil, which serves to protect and enhance the longevity of the mould.
3. Cleaning mould surface and spread slushing oil on the mould surface: The mould's surface undergoes meticulous cleaning, after which a layer of slushing oil is applied for added protection.
4. Put into the wooden case: Each mould is carefully placed into a sturdy wooden case, ensuring its protection during transit.
5. Transport by container: We arrange for secure transportation by container, safeguarding your product until it reaches its destination, ready for use.

You can come to us by flight. 1 hours by bullet train from Guangzhou to our city.

A: Generally it is 25-30 days for 1st sample. or it is 60-90 days for big moulds
Q: Do you provide samples ? is it free or extra ?
A: Yes, we will send the mould testing smaple to customer, and will part two time freight fee.
Q: What is your terms of payment ?
A: 50% T/T in advance ,balance before shippment.

A: Our factory is located in ShenZhen, GuangDong city, Zhejiang Province, China. One hour from ShenZhen airport by car.
