Packaging & Shipping

We ensure the comprehensive preparation of essential wear parts, such as springs, ejector pins, cooling connectors, and eyeblots. These components will be meticulously packed with the mould to ensure protection and readiness.
1. Conduct a thorough inspection of all mould components to guarantee immaculate condition and functionality.
2. Carefully clean the mould cavity and core, then apply a layer of slushing oil to preserve the integrity and quality of the mould.
3. Clean the entire mould surface thoroughly and apply slushing oil meticulously to maintain and protect the mould surface.
4. Securely encase the mould in a robust wooden case, ensuring it is well-protected during transit.
5. Transport by container with precision and care, ensuring safe delivery to its destination.

A: Generally it is 25-30 days for 1st sample. or it is 60-90 days for big moulds
Q: Do you provide samples ? is it free or extra ?
A: Yes, we will send the mould testing smaple to customer, and will part two time freight fee.

A: 50% T/T in advance ,balance before shippment.
